Handled all legal aspects of the Anthem/Elevance data breach, the then-largest in U.S. history, winning key dismissals in 125+ class action lawsuits.
Represented Uber in all litigation following its 2017 cyberattack, achieving dismissal or compulsion to arbitration in every federal case.
