Daniel Bergman advises private equity sponsors, private capital investors and multinational corporates on complex cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments and joint ventures across Asia-Pacific and Europe. He regularly advises clients on transaction structuring, execution strategy and cross-border coordination in multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Daniel held senior legal and leadership roles in both international private practice and the private markets industry. He spent nearly a decade with a Magic Circle law firm advising sponsors, investors and multinational corporates on complex cross-border transactions across Asia and Europe, including while based in Shanghai, Bangkok and London. Daniel also served as Global Head of Transaction Legal at a leading international private markets investment firm, where he led an international legal team supporting private equity, infrastructure, real estate and private debt investments. Earlier in his career, Daniel worked in the Investment Banking Legal group at Goldman Sachs in London. Having worked across Asia and Europe, including in London, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Bangkok and Zug, Daniel brings a deep international perspective to complex cross-border transactions.
