As part of the Commercial Litigation, Financial Services and Investigations team, Lewis Campbell has experience working on complex litigation, regulatory investigations and contentious matters. Lewis regularly assists a diverse range of clients, primarily within the financial services sector, on their most challenging legal issues.
Lewis has also undertaken a secondment to our Antitrust team in Washington, D.C. where he gained first hand experience in both transactional and contentious antitrust matters.
Representative experience
Advising a UK bank in connection with a group action in the High Court and Court of Appeal relating to the firm’s treatment of its mortgage customers.
Advising a UK financial institution in connection with litigation and customer complaints arising out of allegedly unfair terms in loan agreements.
Advising a significant financial services firm in defending a sophisticated cross‑border trading dispute brought by a former client before the Taiwanese courts.
