Andrés is a Counsel in the Real Estate practice in Madrid. His expertise captures all kind of real estate transactions and share deals with underlying real estate. His advice is focused on acquisitions and disposals, sale and leaseback, lease and management agreements, construction and development contracts, licences and planning aspects in relation to all asset classes (mainly hotels, shopping centres, logistic and industrial warehouses, office buildings, student accommodation and data centres).
Likewise, Andrés advises on real estate aspects in the context of real estate finance deals, where he has worked both for lenders and borrowers.
Andrés also has expertise advising banks and investments funds on distressed deals of REOs and NPLs portfolios.

Advised Hines on the acquisition of a built-to-rent residential complex in Cuatro Vientos (Madrid).
Advised Hines on the sale of a built-to-rent residential complex in Valdebebas (Madrid).
Advised Barings Real Estate on the sale & leaseback of two flex living assets in Madrid.
Advised Leonardo Hotels (Fattal Group) on the acquisition of two hotels in San Sebastián.
Advised Gmp on the acquisition of plots of land in Madrid for the development of a flex living project.
Advised Damac Properties on its first acquisition and development of a data center in Madrid.
Advising Banco de Sabadell on the disposal to Oaktree of the real estate developer company Solvia Desarrollos together with a portfolio of residential assets for an amount of circa EUR 800M.*
Advising Blackstone on the real estate aspects in relation to the financing to Brookfield of the acquisition of Selenta hotel group and Hotel Princesa Madrid.*
