From clearance to courtroom, Hadley protects the brands, creative works, and reputations that define her clients' businesses.

Hadley advises clients of all sizes — from emerging brands to global enterprises across sports, media, entertainment, technology, healthcare, pharmaceutical, energy, and fashion industries — to protect what makes them unique. Hadley's practice covers the full arc of brand protection, from the earliest question ("Can we actually use this name?") to the courtroom. She conducts trademark clearance searches, manages USPTO prosecution from filing to registration, and maintains large global trademark portfolios across international jurisdictions. When brand conflicts arise, Hadley manages enforcement matters and litigation strategy from first notice through resolution, including demand correspondence, DMCA takedown notices, and negotiations. Before the TTAB and in federal court, she assists clients in all stages of trademark and copyright infringement, false advertising, unfair competition, and defamation proceedings, including motions to dismiss, preliminary injunctions, discovery management and disputes, expert witness coordination, settlements and mediation, and trial prep. She also keeps clients ahead of the curve on emerging issues like AI copyrightability and IP legislative developments.

Before law school, Hadley spent years as a public relations executive crafting communications campaigns, managing media relations, and steering clients through crises. With this background and a practice built on brand protection, Hadley brings both a creative and legal lens to helping clients protect what they've worked hard to build. That perspective makes her a sharper, more instinctive advocate for clients navigating brand strategy and protection.

Hadley received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where she published a widely downloaded student note on social media defamation and served as a student attorney in the First Amendment Clinic.
