As a senior associate in the Intellectual Property, Media, and Technology group, Angela He advises clients on commercial and technology transactions related to the development, licensing, acquisition, sale, use, and protection of IP.
Prior to joining the firm, Angela practiced IP litigation, IP enforcement, and marketing law, representing companies in technology, retail, and consumer industries. During law school, she also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Otis D. Wright, II in the U.S. District Court of California for the Central District.
