Eleni is a Senior Associate in the Hogan Lovells International Arbitration team focusing on international commercial and invtestment arbitration. 

She represents companies, States and State-owned entities in high profile international commercial and investment arbitrations across a variety of sectors, including energy and construction. In addition to her practice, Eleni lectures on international investment law and international trade law at Paris II Pantheon- Assas University

Representative experience

Counsel to a leading French global automotive supplier in a dispute involving multiple state court proceedings and ICC arbitration concerning various breaches of a share purchase agreement

Represented a Saudi investor in an arbitration relating to the performance of a partnership agreement over the management of a public cement plant in North Africa*

Represented an energy company in an arbitration against the State of Tunisia and a Tunisian state- owned entity in a dispute related to the misappropriation of a portion of the oil production*

Represented a Moroccan group in the public urban transportation sector in a dispute against a Spanish group in relation to a partnership agreement regarding the operation of a bus network in Rabat*

*Represented two investors in the aviation sector in an investor-state arbitration against an
African State relating to the expropriation of their businesses

Represented a French Group in a dispute concerning a delay and disruption claim in relationto an EPC and an O&M Agreement for a power plant in Kenya*

Represented an African State in an ICC arbitration concerning the exit of a shareholder from a joint venture in the broadcasting sector*
