Madison advises fund sponsors and institutional investors across the private equity, venture capital, and private credit landscape. Her practice includes advising fund sponsors on all aspects of fund formation and representing institutional investors in connection with the negotiation of and investment in private investment funds. She also regularly advises Small Business Investment Companies (SBICs) on licensing, structuring, and fund administration, and has extensive experience assisting first-time fund managers with the launch and management of their funds, including matters related to governance, investor relations, and regulatory compliance.
