As a lawyer, pharmacist (PhD) and European Patent Attorney Lars-Fabian Blume advises clients in patent infringement cases at the courts in Germany, in nullity actions both at the German Patent Court (Bundespatentgericht) and German Federal Court of Justice (BGH), in patent infringement and revocation cases at the Unified Patent Court (UPC) and in opposition proceedings at the European Patent Office. 

Unlike most German patent litigators, Lars-Fabian is double qualified as a lawyer and as a pharmacist, and specializes on cases involving challenging technical subject matters. He handles cases in all areas of the life sciences with a focus on biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and chemistry. In advising on these cases Lars-Fabian Blume can draw on his knowledge and experience in pharmacology, clinical pharmacy, chemistry, pharmaceutical technology and biotechnology gained during his pharmaceutical studies and doctoral studies.
