Dr. Lion Fritsche advises on the resolution of complex domestic and international disputes. He assists in achieving out-of-court settlements and represents our clients’ interests in arbitration proceedings (e.g., ICC, DIS, and ICDR) as well as before state courts.
A particular focus of Lion’s work is advising on post-M&A disputes and disputes in the plant construction and infrastructure sectors.
