He has extensive experience across sectors with a focus on energy, commodities, digital finance, public finance and infrastructure and technology.
Drawing on 25 years of experience in restructuring, Doug brings a commercial and strategic approach to navigating distressed situations and executing creditor-led solutions.
Doug is also active in community and philanthropic initiatives. Most notably, he co-founded the Morris and Annette Mintz Scholarship with his family. The Scholarship supports first‑generation student leaders at the University of Maryland. Doug has also has served on the Board of the University of Maryland Alumni Association and is currently serving on the Board of the University of Maryland Hillel.
