Daisy is a senior associate in the investment funds team of our London office. She has experience advising asset managers in transactions relating to the establishment, restructuring and marketing of funds, as well as advising investors on prospective investments.
Daisy has worked in various sectors including real estate, infrastructure, renewables and social investment. She also has in-house experience, having been seconded to Big Society Capital.
Representative experience
Advising John Laing Environmental Assets Group Limited on its placing and initial public offering on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
Advising The Crown Estate on its joint venture with Oxford Properties to develop St. James's Market, Haymarket.
Advising Calvin Capital on a project to finance gas and electricity meters for British Gas.
Advising a range of investors, including pension funds and sovereign wealth funds, on prospective investments in a variety of investment fund types.
