Meschelle represents clients across a range of industries, including health care, technology, consumer retail, food and beverage, recreation, transportation, and manufacturing. She has extensive experience in conduct‑based investigations and regularly leads clients through substantial compliance with subpoenas and Civil Investigative Demands (CIDs), as well as voluntary access letters and second requests. She is well versed in all stages of the merger review process, including assessing competitive risk, advising on compliance with reporting requirements, and managing large-scale document collection and production.
Meschelle has represented clients before the Federal Trade Commission, the U.S. Department of Justice, and State Attorneys General, bringing a practical, investigation‑focused approach designed to minimize business disruption while protecting legal and commercial interests.
Meschelle also maintains a strong commitment to pro bono service. Since joining Hogan Lovells, she has consistently contributed significant pro bono hours and was recognized as a Capital Pro Bono High Honoree by the District of Columbia Courts in 2024 and 2025 for exceeding 100 hours annually. Her work includes advocacy for domestic violence survivors and strategic counseling for nonprofit organizations.
Before entering private practice, Meschelle interned at the Federal Trade Commission and for Judge Robert R. Rigsby of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. While at Howard University School of Law, she served as a Senior Solicitations and Submissions Editor of the Howard Law Journal and was a Student Attorney in the Investor Justice and Education Clinic.
