Patrick Quinn is Global Managing Partner for Client and Practice Integration at Hogan Lovells Cadwalader. Previously Cadwalader’s Co-Managing Partner, Pat led the firm from 2015 to 2026, building on the firm’s legacy as Wall Street’s oldest law firm and ensuring it has remained an elite leader of the legal profession. In his new role, Pat will guide the combined firm into a transformative, exciting new chapter in its history.

Pat is a distinguished corporate and securities lawyer who has practiced primarily in the area of mortgage and asset securitization and finance, representing issuers, underwriters and investors in both public and private securities and financing transactions. He has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America, Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers, Legal 500, IFLR 1000 and Lawdragon.

Pat’s leadership is guided by the culture, values and legacy of Cadwalader, which he joined from law school in 1988, becoming a partner in 1998 and being appointed to its Management Committee in 2006. During Pat’s tenure leading Cadwalader, the firm enhanced its hallmark transactional practices while developing signature litigation and regulatory capabilities to meet the evolving needs of clients.

Recognizing that the law firm profession is a talent business, Pat led Cadwalader’s establishment of an industry-leading talent development system, fostering an inclusive environment where lawyers and business professionals from all backgrounds drive client successes. To help ensure its talent had the tools necessary to deliver exceptional results, he oversaw the development of the 1792 Accelerator, an award-winning technological innovation platform led by practicing lawyers. Pat has also championed one of Cadwalader’s longstanding guiding principles – that lawyers must serve the greater good and ensure access to justice for all – through a robust pro bono program and initiatives related to fighting hunger, investing in communities and sustainability. As a member of the board of directors of the Legal Aid Society of New York, Pat works to help the venerable institution – the nation’s oldest and largest provider of legal aid services – protect and defend the rights of everyday New Yorkers who need legal support.

He is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and received his B.A. from Fordham University.
