Hamza Rashid advises clients on a broad range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestitures, carve-outs, securities offerings, joint ventures, and other complex transactions, as well as corporate governance and commercial law matters.
Before joining the Firm, he served as lead M&A counsel at Cvent, a technology company affiliated with the private equity fund Blackstone, where he sourced, closed, and integrated numerous acquisitions. He began his career as a corporate associate at an international law firm.
Hamza has significant experience helping investment managers and their portfolio companies use M&A as a tool for growth, bringing a practical approach to execute deals quickly and effectively.
