Sadaf Khalili advises companies and individuals across the entire field of German and international tax law, with a particular focus on real estate tax issues, including real estate transfer tax (RETT), investment tax law and VAT. She assists clients in overcoming tax challenges and optimizing their financial strategies.
Sadaf Khalili studied law at the University of Hamburg, where she specialized in tax law early on. After her First State Examination, she gained valuable experience in tax law at one of the Big Four accounting firms. During her legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court, she worked in the Hamburg office of Hogan Lovells, supporting the Tax team.
