Sarah is a Senior Associate in the Complex Commercial Litigation team at Hogan Lovells. She focuses on the resolution of complex, large-scale, multi-jurisdictional disputes, with a particular interest in insolvency-related work. Her practice spans banking, contract, property and environmental disputes, and professional negligence.

Prior to relocating to London, Sarah practised in Australia, where she worked on several leading contentious insolvency matters, including Anchorage Capital Master Offshore Ltd v Sparkes (No 3), Bank of Communications Co Ltd v Sparkes, and the administration of the Probuild construction group — the first successful trade-on of a commercial construction business through an administration in Australia. Her work in this area was recognised by Doyle's Guide, which named her a Rising Star in Commercial Litigation & Insolvency Law in Victoria in 2023.

Since joining Hogan Lovells in London, Sarah has acted on a broad range of high-value, complex disputes. Notable matters include advising British American Tobacco on a number of significant matters, among them the successful removal of Joint Administrators and a professional negligence claim against PwC. She has also represented Finalto Group Limited and Gopher Investments in a multi-million dollar fintech dispute involving claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraudulent misrepresentation.
