Andrew advises employers on a broad range of employment matters, including federal, state, and local anti‑discrimination laws, Title IX compliance, wage‑and‑hour issues, predictive scheduling, and whistleblower matters. He regularly conducts internal investigations involving allegations of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment, and works closely with clients to navigate sensitive issues with discretion and efficiency. Andrew brings a practical, business‑minded perspective to his practice, focusing on helping clients address legal risk in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Andrew practiced as a labor and employment associate at another Philadelphia-based law firm. During law school, he served as a judicial intern in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, volunteered as a certified legal intern with Villanova’s Civil Justice Clinic, and served as a Staff Writer and Outside Articles Editor for the Villanova Environmental Law Journal. Before beginning his legal career, Andrew served for more than eight years in the United States Air Force.
