Gibby advises companies across industries on mergers and acquisitions and other complex business transactions.

Gibby represents public and private companies on domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases, joint ventures and other strategic collaborations. Gibby has worked with clients across a range of industries, with particular experience in the life sciences sector. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, she earned simultaneous J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from Villanova University.
