Junhan Zhang focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions, and general corporate matters. She represents public and private companies, as well as private equity sponsors, across a range of industries, including life sciences, healthcare, technology, entertainment, energy, and infrastructure. Junhan has experience advising on complex public and private company M&A, including multibillion-dollar take-private transactions, tender offers, de-SPAC transactions, and stock-for-stock mergers, and regularly supports clients through all stages of the deal lifecycle, from structuring and negotiation through execution.

Before joining Hogan Lovells, Junhan practiced in the New York M&A group of a leading global law firm.

Junhan received her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law, her LL.M. from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law, and her LL.B. from Beijing Forestry University.
